Teaching you how to draw on your own stores and talents to build community, belonging and meaning for yourself. To guide you in learning deeply and innately that who you are and what you have to offer to the world, is more than enough. This growth enables you to truly feel comfortable and confident in your own skin in developing your own personal strengths to live as boldly and freely - as unencumbered and uninhibited and vulnerably powerful as you wish to. Your goals can be physical, such as weight loss or gaining functional strength, lifestyle related for decreasing stress and overwhelm in daily life, or anything that will help you live your best life!
